"Nice place for a class reunion. The catering company there is excellent. My dad was a member when I was a kid so I grew up going there. I love the view of the bay overlooking the pool from the dining room. I’ve been to many wedding, receptions and parties there over the years. It’s a nice facility with nice public spaces."

"We came for the Valentines Dinner and Dance. There's four couples we all have our rv's here for 3-4 nights. Today, we spent some time at Cannery Row just down the hill from the lodge. Tonight, I hope to take advantage of their indoor gym, hot tub, and sauna. It's just too cold to use the outdoor pool. Just read that the pools heated, wow. Great views of the bay from the pool. Today's a BBQ for a donation. BBQ burger, hot dogs, jalapeños poppers, and chips. Thank you, Monterey Elks, for lunch today. Plenty of rv space, bring blocks as the grounds not level. Water and electricity with a dump station onsite."

"Great Elk lodge nestled in the Monterey hillside with spectacular views of the ocean. We camped at this lodge and enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer. We had cocktails in the bar with friends and were served by Robin the bartender who was a hoot. All the folks who work at this lodge are friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back."
